Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Service was fast and efficient. Workers courteous. I never give 5 stars to anyone because I always feel there is room for improvement. In this case I don't see how unless they lower the prices. Definitely recommend this business. I felt the filters were overpriced, not the oil change.

Dusty was the most helpful. His team was so efficient as well. He checked my internal or cabin air filter and it had been destroyed by a critter. He is the first employee to do that and I’m so grateful. With a new baby we try to be very careful and he helped do that.

The workers were so friendly. I told them when I arrived that I had a long trip ahead of me and hoped to get an oil change quickly. They did not disappoint. I was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with someone ahead of me and all 3 docks full with people waiting. Thank you so much for helping me get through it quickly so I could be on my way.

After a nightmare experience at Walmart where they broke my dipstick and basically told me "good luck, come back when it’s fixed," Coral (the Assistant Manager) and her crew stepped up and saved the day. ​Not only did they successfully extract the broken piece, but they also made the entire visit enjoyable with their hospitality and positive energy. It’s rare to find a team with this kind of work ethic and genuine care for the customer. ​Walmart didn’t just lose an oil change; they lost all the shopping I was planning to do there, too. I’ll gladly pay a little extra for the peace of mind and incredible service I received here. This is definitely my new go-to spot!
