Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Zach, Kyhia and the other girls who’s name I think was Cheyenne were great! I was in and out so quick! My husband typically does the oil changes so this was my first experience doing it and I have no complaints! Answered all my questions, even if some were probably common sense. Will most definitely be back.

The staff(Jen & Ray) who serviced my vehicle today was absolutely phenomenal. Their people skills and customer service skills are absolutely wonderful. Their knowledge on my vehicle and their services was impressive. And they will help you out with coupons if needed for the cost. I am very grateful I went here. I definitely recommend this place!

This location had great customer service. Completed the necessary services we asked for. Fast oil change. Checked fluid levels & tire pressure. They also will let you know any necessary service your car will need in the near future without forcing you to get the services with them. Highly recommended!

I went for an oil change last week and was so impressed. Everyone was so nice - smiles, kind greetings - and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything, but gave me the information I needed. I settled for just the oil change on my first visit, but they did test my battery and said I need a new one. My husband agreed, so a week later I came back for a new battery. I was met by a couple of different employees, but again so nice, personable, and knowledgeable. I only just decided to go to a quick service place because my vehicle rolled over 100,000 miles. The Valvoline employees and service are a million times better than dealing with the dealership for maintenance. Highly recommend!
