Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Everything as expected, I got in and out super quick on a Sunday at 8:40 am. I had questions, they did their best with answering. Not bad on the pricing. At least they don't have to figure out where they put their tools, and don't take 45 minutes on an oil change

Got a synthetic oil change and changed wiper blades. Briley was the one checking me out at the Huber Hts Brandt Pike location. He was very professional and friendly / informative. I have never had a bad experience here

Been taking my vehicle to this specific location for a solid 2 or so years...everything has been as it should be...the team is hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable, have patience and they'll get you in and out no problem. Also they send coupons frequently so that's a plus! ❗

This shop is always busy, which says a lot about how good they are—but despite that, they are always very kind and respectful. They are upfront about wait times and let you know exactly how long it will be, which I really appreciate. The staff is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They also offer a wide variety of services, so you know your vehicle is well taken care of. The manager, Tristan, is especially professional and helpful, and the rest of the team does a great job as well. Highly recommend!
