Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time here after a bad experience with another lube tech, and I’m glad I made the switch. No wait, very polite staff, and everything moved quickly. Saturday morning around 8:00AM. Larkin was my primary tech and walked me through the whole process. She even called the dealer to confirm the correct rear differential fluid instead of guessing, which I really appreciated. The other two techs handled their parts and communicated well across the bay, good teamwork overall. They did a full synthetic oil change, rear diff service, air filter, safety check, and inflated my tires to spec. Total was $258, which feels reasonable for the convenience of staying in your car and having everything shown to you in real time. Not pushy with upsells either. I’ll be back.

I was very impressed by the service today. Not only was my oil change done within minutes but I was taken care professionally by young people. To me it’s rare to find young people with professionalism and that’s why I’d like to acknowledge them publicly, especially Hope, Larkin, Angel, and Yahir . Customer service was great and so was the team that worked on my vehicle. Only problem I had was that they covered my left fender completely in oil.

Hi everyone! Recently made an oil change in this location! After oil change, from oil pan the oil was dripping every 6-7 seconds and they wrote a note go to mechanic to fix it, I asked him how it happened, they says it was like this before oil change ( than they should take a picture and should show me, right ? ) Before coming to here I drove 6k miles and oil changed at Valvoline in Shaumburg, IL, ( car was driven without adding any additional engine oils, we check every morning as a safety rules) I went 2 mechanic shops, they didn’t take any work, claiming that Valvoline is responsible for this mess, I spent 152$ for oil pan, 120$ for replacing Total I spent 272$ + nervous time Mechanics told me that bolts was tightened by Torque Wrench which overtightened and damaged the threads of oil

I will definitely be coming back to these folks. Quick and cost efficient oil change plus a side of a quick service check on my vehicle for no extra cost. And the people that work here are very quick with their work and kind to their clients.
