Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time coming to Valvoline Oil Change, it was fast convenient since you can stay in your car during the whole process. Reasonable priced on some things. All fluid top offs I think should be included for an oil change, I paid for a coolant top off $9.99 went ahead and I did it since I was here already. Overall experience I would come here again. The staff was friendly and joking with each other which keeps the place lively.

You don’t see this young generation providing customer service anymore. So i was surprised at the level of service this crew provided. If i remember name correctly, Andrew was communicative, attentive, and knowledgeable. I felt like he made sure i was a satisfied customer. And he made sure that i become a lifetime customer. For the record, i don’t talk highly about other men. But i believe great customer care should be acknowledged. Note to management: my car is under my wife’s account…Laura Barrios. Give the man that helped me his accolades. Thank you.

Beware !!!! I took my car for an oil change. They checked all the liquids too and supposedly it was ok. Then 13 days after I was driving late on freeway the car started getting hot. I was trying to move aside of the freeway the radiator blew. I called AAA to come and tow my car back home. The next day took it to a mechanic and I was advised that my radiator didn't have any antifreeze it was dry even the side one. There was nothing in It. They said they checked it. But they didn't obviously. My car suffer several damages radiator and the most expensive is Head gaskets. I took all my cars there for service. I had my car for six months and this happened. They lost a loyal customer. But now I'm stock with all the expenses because they don't want to take responsibility of it If they would top a

I was so happy to see that the young gentlemen at the valvoline at 7737 Firestone Bldv, Downey CA 90241 were super great at customer service and completed everything in a timely manner on sunday 2/15. It was my first time at valvoline and did not know what to expect, however they made my first time at this location the greatest. I will definitely be returning in the future! Good joob guys your work is appreciated.

Today I came to do a oil change on my vehicle, the experience is always great. Today Andrew was the gentleman that helped me. Andrew went above and beyond.
