Valvoline Instant Oil Change

April is amazing! She is transparent and honestly cares about your car and experience. She has made me feel so comfortable about bringing my car in for service. As a woman, it’s hard to find honest, supportive services in a male dominated field. And she is thorough with training her staff too. Solid leader!

They explain everything patiently to you even though it’s cold in the service area, and then before you know it your oil is changed, you pay, and they release you into the wild. One stop, not a drop-off requiring a friend or relatives to pick you up and return you the next day. It’s great. I’m always going to change my oil at Valvoline if that’s all my car needs.

Pulled up on a Monday. One bay with a car in it, one bar completely empty. Needed an oil change and an inspection. Refused inspection as they are appointment only and said Tuesday was first available. Left and went down the street to Jiffy Lube where they were busier but happy to accommodate both needs.

The female tech who helped me change my air filter on my Ford Transit did a wonderful job today. Despite being short staffed, the wait wasn't all that long.

The oil change was quick and efficient. The person that spoke with me and coordinated the interaction was friendly, helpful and professional. I will come here again for sure!
