Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The last time I had my oil changed there the "Bottomside" tech Alfred A. did not re-attach my skid plate properly. I am now in a battle with them to make it right because the manager, Terrell expects me to wait in the normal oil change line that can sometimes be 4 cars deep. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

The gentleman that greeted me, Terrell, was wonderful! He explained everything and patiently answered my (many!) questions. In our busy world, so many people rush to get their jobs done but Terrell (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was totally opposite. Pleasant and knowledgeable young man! Brian was under my car doing the oil change and he was very polite as well. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!

This was my first time at this location and I have to say the gentlemen who were working on my car, were very nice and pleasant! They were knowledgeable without being too pushy. Great service both on my vehicle and as a customer! Thank you! :)

Don’t ever bring your car here!!!! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! My sister and I went here for a routine oil change because our mechanic was closed on the weekend. Surprisingly, the filter was never changed on our car. It wasn’t until two months later that a fuel light came on, and the car started making strange noises and smelled like it was burning. The technician who was doing the services then charged us $150 for an oil change?? He was clearly taking advantage of us. We never received an invoice, even after asking for one. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even put a sticker on the car for the next oil change. The customer service was terrible. I spoke to a man who works there, but I don’t know his name. I am writing to commend the exceptional service provided by Brian, Eric, and Pavlin. They demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, and kindness from the moment I arrived at the bay. They guided me in parking my car, which helped me feel at ease, and thoroughly explained every detail of the service. Additionally, they installed new wipers for me and completed the work in a timely manner. Their excellent communication and efficient work were greatly appreciated.
