Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came here, hoping to get my vehicle inspected. I was told to pull behind the longest line and wasn’t given any more information. Before I could ask any questions the employee was gone. No expectation set on time whatsoever. As vehicles flowed through the other bays we continued to wait in the line. Through the clear garage door you could see nobody was working on the vehicle in our bay. I finally went in. And asked how long it takes to inspect a vehicle. The employee told me an hour. If that truly is the case, please let your customers know their wait time will be three hours up front. It is really helpful when an expectation is set right away so yours customers have a choice to wait or come back another time. Or in my case, I will most likely not be back because of this experience.

Mykel has been extremely helpful everytime I am at the Ephrata location. She makes me feel comfortable and I can trust her on all her important points regarding my car. High recommend!

This was my first visit to to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility, and I was very impressed. My tech explained everything that she was going to do and let me know out loud when she was doing each step. I really appreciated that process. She did the inspection and advised me and showed me that my air filter was rather dirty and should be replaced which I did. Overall, she was terrific, and I was very happy with my first experience with your facility. I will be using it in the future.

Just left after my car was serviced. People were nice...however, they didn't check the filter,fill up the windshield fluid,didn't check the wipers,didn't check the turn signals,didn't put air in tires. I had to ask them to do that. All this was done on previous visits. The price was the same....with less service. I won't be going back.

Technician was very helpful and polite. Showed me my cabin filter in engine filter. Also make sure that my glove box was mounted back correctly due to the person prior at a different location, not reinstalling it properly.
