Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Completely unacceptable and negligent experience. MY CAR WAS RUNNING PERFECTLY AND WITHOUT ISSUES. STILL WAITING WHAT THEY’RE GONNA DO WITH THIS…. I brought my car to Valvoline for a simple oil change and coolant service. (I paid $234 for the service, and they ended up damaging my vehicle. During the process, they broke a part of the car which caused water to mix with the oil, creating a serious engine problem that did NOT exist before they worked on it. After causing the damage, they basically washed their hands of the situation. They told me I could not drive the car in that condition, so I had to pay for a tow truck out of my own pocket to remove it from their location. Super satisfied with my visit today! December 30th… the gentleman who was helping me out was a tall blonde with blue eyes, very kind and helpful! He made my visit worth it:) explained everything I needed to know! Usually when i go to a place like this, the workers tend to be pushy with unnecessary things, but he was not. I wish I caught his name because he really deserves a raise! My receipt says the CSR was “Luke” and the manager was “blake” could be either of these but I’m not sure. Also one guy working had an awesome mullet 😎

Wasn’t planning on getting an oil change but we seen that there was a store that was open look like they were working so we pulled in. We got our oil changed. We got our radiator flushed and our tires rotated. It was awesome and we didn’t even get out of the car. Never had anything like it before highly recommend it.

Staff is always prompt, courteous, respectful and professional! I never feel pressured to buy additional services yet they will present opportunities if they are needed. They keep records of past visits and services rendered at that time. Highly recommended
