Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to get an oil change and the worker was so friendly and accommodating. He checked on other things, filter, radiator, tires, wind shield wipers, etc.. and offered his advice and there was no pressure to get other services done but explained everything to me in detail so I could make an informed decision on what was needed to be done. Also I went there a couple weeks later, as a piece of plastic was dragging under my front tire and they screwed this back in place, free of charge as a courteous gesture. I would definitely recommend this place, and was quick in and out service!

This location has taken great care of me for years when I need a quick oil change. This is a very well managed location. My last few visits were with Lily and Liz, they always go above and beyond.

I don't know I went in there with a 50% off coupon you guys mailed me it was good in West Fargo so I go to the one I know in West Fargo they pull in hood up you know they're starting to dink around I'm pulling out to coupon and all of a sudden oh we can't honor that coupon nope our new owners won't let us honor that coupon see look in this small print it's for the new West Fargo location. Im in West Fargo No technically that street over there is where West Fargo starts... I'm Just upset I went in thinking I was going to pay 50 bucks for an oil change and I end up paying almost $100 and so I'm mad I'll never change my oil with Valvoline again

Always been fast and friendly and decently priced. Maybe not the cheapest, but I leave feeling like I got what I paid for and was too lazy to do myself. Most recently had the pleasure of working with Phontaine, great dude. Straight to the point and helpful

I always get my oil changed here and I love this store. The people are friendly are know what they are doing. Communicate with me very well.
