Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My service team (Colton and Lillian) were very helpful, informed and polite. I enjoyed the fast and convenient services too. So nice to get my oil changed, fluids checked and tires rotated while sitting comfortably in my car! I’ll be back for sure.

As soon as I pulled onto the drive, I was greeted and asked what service was I needing. Then I was guided into the correct bay. There was an employee who explained everything and asked questions about my preferences, then communicated to the technicians topside and below my vehicle. Everything was checked, topped off, filled, and or replaced as necessary. Mindy, Tyrus, Colin, and Finn were professional, polite, had excellent customer service skills. It was a true pleasure having people who were proficient and very pleasant. I will definitely be back.

They really do not care about your car, they always bend/ break my skid plate because they are too lazy to take it off. When I pressed about it they just told me “idk I wasn’t under there”. They also even after I offered them the correct sized lug wrench so they wouldn’t scratch my wheels/rims up they declined to use it and proceeded to scratch my wheels up. Very careless staff. I try to save a lil money and time going to them and get terrible work, but I guess that’s what I paid for. If you care about your car use the dealership or some other oil change place.

Came in on a Sunday at around 11:30a and had no wait time. Kaiden and Lillian helped me and were truly so professional and personable. Just my interaction with them alone will have me coming back to this location for an oil change.

Jamal was excellent with customer service. He let me know everything I needed, worked with my budget, and even gave me a coupon. The techs were all nice and fast. Will be back!
