Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great customer service and quick! I enjoyed being able to see firsthand everything that was taking place. My favorite part was being informed about other services that needed attention such as my battery, fuel system, and others. I can’t recall a time I’ve been informed about these particular services while getting an oil change. Very pleased.

Disorganized and poorly managed. I understand service being slower during peak hours but I just wasted over 3 hours of my day waiting behind two cars, only to be asked to move back so another customer could go ahead of me. I heard several staff members stating that they would leave at their scheduled time, no matter what. I'm certain the goal was to keep customers waiting long enough so they would give up and leave. It worked. I left without service and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. My skid plate was improperly put it back on my car and now damaged beyond repair. I was driving home after my oil change and the whole skid plate came loose while I was on the highway with my child in the car and was completely damaged. I didn’t have any issues with my skid plate before my car is brand new no issues I had service with valvoline. I am livid and I see on my receipt when I got home that the tech Cortez and Sean lied and said it waS damaged upon arrival. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED WITH MY CAR BEFORE SERVICE! I want my skid plate paid and replaced by valvoline. This was the valvoline on Glynn St. Fayetteville,GA

Extremely disappointed with the pricing and the pushy sales tactics. A basic oil change ended up costing way more than the dealership because they kept trying to "bundle" filters and flushes I didn't ask for. They didn't even check my tire pressure or fluids like they claim to do in their multi-point inspection. You can find much better value and more honest service elsewhere in Fayetteville.
