Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This was the best experience I’ve had at this valvoline location. Turns out the oil I thought had been going into my car was wrong, the previous employees were putting a different oil in my car than I thought. Benson was an actual gem of a human and took the time to answer my questions about that and explain why I needed what I needed. They did it in a way that understandable to my knowledge level and was very kind and supportive. Ayla went above and beyond in their service, giving specific recommendations and ensuring I understood why it was important for me to get certain things looked at. The entire crew was friendly, seemed to all get along awesomely, and several of the team made it a point to come interact with me. As always, the service was incredibly quick, and the inspection that they complete each time is super helpful. They're running a great location in Fort Collins...one that I am comfortable sending my wife and daughter for any services that they might need. Awesome job team!

Very knowledgeable team. Ayla really knows her stuff! Know a lot about cars and was very thorough. We were so grateful they had all the supplies we needed and got us in super fast. Cannot recommend this place enough, previously we had spent hours at Walmart for an oil change only to be told they didn’t have the right oil for the car. Ayla was wonderful! She was super professional, helpful, very knowledgeable and so nice. She was multitasking without skipping a beat. I noticed how great she was with her team as well. Just want to give her a shout out for moving like a total boss while staying beautiful and nice. 😊

Highly recommend this business. The manager is an amazing young lady. All staff kind and professional. Evan , Ethan and today Armango checked and topped off my oil.
