Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Really happy with the service!!! I have been to the Gallatin location several times and never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful (I came 45 mins before closing) they made sure they went over every detail and stayed with standard MO. Will continue to go to this location. Great work and keep it up!!!

They were super nice and communicated extremely well. The only issue I have is that I showed the attendant my coupon for 10% off and looked at my receipt afterward and she only gave me $10 off. My bill was over $160 so not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice. There was a longer wait than I had anticipated. It would be great if there had been an approximate wait time available on the website or app. Also, if you want people to fill out these surveys, you should have a QR code instead of having to type all this stuff in to access it

Overpriced full synthetic oil change. The tech took out the air filter and then didn't reinstall it correctly, causing the check engine light to come on after leaving Valvoline. I returned the next day and the crew detected that the air filter was not properly installed and corrected this situation. My vehicle only has 24,000 miles on it, and I had replaced the air filters less than a month ago. There was no need for them to have removed it in the first place. This was clearly done to try and sell me an overpriced air filter that was essentially brand new. I will not be back. They cleared the code and it has remained off since the air filter was properly reinstalled. Buyer beware.

Quick if you get in early and when there's no line. Could be more affordable, but you pay for the cost of synthetic oil and convenience.

This was the results of my oil change. Still waiting to get the oil cleaned from my engine and see what damage it caused soaking my engine with oil. I can taste the oil inside the car it's so bad.Day 3 tomorrow of a nightmare...
