Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Awesome service, everyone made sure everything they did was okay with me! No pressuring on extra stuff and fast oil change with back light change. Brian was especially super respectful and fast! 10/10

The staff is so nice, and the service is always great. Not pushy, and are respectable if I decline additional services. Been having my oil changed with Valvoline for years, and this location is the best!

The employees at Valvoline Oil Change are exceptional. I have gone there many times over the years when I am not able to change my own oil. I appreciated that I could take my vehicles there, with my own oil and filter, and pay a reasonable fee to have my oil changed. I will no longer go to Valvoline after my last visit, as the fee for bringing my own oil and filter has changed from $29 to now $53. I understand from the location that this is a corporate decision. After many years of being able to do this, it is clear that the profit is going to the corporation and does not financially impact the service that has been available for all of these years.

Changing my review because they did not change my oil filter, it had a date stamp on it from the previous oil change, i worked at an oil change shop i know, and it could have resulted in catastrophic damage to my engine, i tried calling and sorting it out but was lied to about the video they said they had on record… I do not recommend valvoline and I just don’t like liars, atleast own up to your mistake, im not out to get a refund just tell someone the truth.

Always fast, nice and knowledgeable. Always lets me know what they’re doing before they start. This is the only place in Georgetown I trust with my vehicles with oil changes and what not.
