Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This facility was great for my oil change. The attendance were all polite, courteous, informative, well managed, and accurate. They had three people working on my car at one time, two of whom were double checking each other’s work. I would highly recommend this facility!

Pulled in on a Sunday am, they checked to make sure they had the part for the mini van, Adrian and Andrew were letting me know what was up the whole time, great service and communication. I had a coupon no problem for that, done with in 25 min and great value for today's services. They worked like a team even with other cars coming in, very professional

Love how quick and efficient the team is! And I appreciate the mechanical recommendations they make for my vehicle without any pressure to have them done same-day, it makes the process of getting my vehicle checked less intimidating.

My wife and I were leaving after picking up our granddaughter from pre-school the morning of 1-21-26. We had the dreaded dead battery. A young man named Gavin came out of a pizza shop nearby. It turns out that Gavin is the service manager at the Valvoline Service Center on Ray Rd. He walked to his shop and brought back his battery pack and gave me a jump. I followed him to his shop. Unfortunately, he did not have my battery in stock. He didn't have any luck trying to locate one nearby, but he tried. In the meantime, his crew topped off my fluids. He jumped me and sent me off with an apology which was not necessary. Gavin did all that he could to help. I will definitely return when I need my next service.

Adrian, Ben, and Lauren are exceptional! Their outstanding service easily sets them apart. I felt completely at ease visiting alone, and Adrian explained every aspect of my service with impressive clarity. I am definitely planning to return next time. Thank you! 10 STARS!
