1st time customer, I was planning on going there for my next oil change. I was promptly greeted as I pulled up, I was greeted by a very nice young lady. I explained what I wanted and a couple concerns I had with my truck. She understood my concerns and was very knowledgeable. She entered my info as a new customer and as I went to the waiting area the technician started on my vehicle. They offered me a cold water as I went into the waiting area. They came in and went over recommended services. My truck was finished and they went over my invoice, showed me the dipstick oil level and gave me a printout of the vehicle inspection also. They were fast and efficient. I will bring my other vehicle there, to be serviced also.

Super friendly staff - like REALLY friendly! I got an oil change a couple of weeks ago and had to return two days later due to a leak at the drain plug. They tightened the leak, but I will be going back a third time so they can put the skid plate back on correctly. I will probably give them another shot, but check their work afterward.

Promptly greeted. Mark was patient (I have severe hearing loss) and explained the services being performed and optional services that were available now or for future visits. Technicians worked diligently and had my service completed in about 20 minutes or less.

The whole oil change experience was so much faster than waiting at a dealership! I didn't have to make an appointment, just pulled up and they were ready to go. Pretty sure they were done in 10-15 minutes!
