Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I would like to warn others so you don’t end up in the same situation I ended up in. In September of last year I got an oil change from this location in Hickory. The next day I went to Greenville NC for the day. The entire way there and back I could smell a faint burning smell. The next couple days I noticed my driveway had oil spots all over it. We checked the oil and there wasn’t even a drop in there. We called the location and they told us they got in a box of faulty oil filters and to come back. We first picked up some oil to get there and by the time we got there it was already empty. (7 miles away). I reached out to customer service because of the situation and they had me send pictures of my driveway. The manager or district manager called me and said he would give me three free oil

Chris greeted me and was very friendly and respectful. Great personality! Chris explained everything to me exceptionally well. Everyone was very fast and efficient! I was extremely pleased with my oil change and the price was right!

The manager Channing took the time to explain everything to me. She was extremely professional and the team working with her had me in and out of there in no time. I'm going to make this my Valvoline location!

I was guided into the bay within 2 minutes of parking outside the store. The whole process took around 15-20 minutes start to finish. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful; they didn't try to upsell me on anything my car did not need and recommended I seek transmission service at a transmission shop. Would definitely come to this location again.

I travel around and these young fellas are always so nice and pleasant!! Always with the yes ma’am and smiles which is why I wait to come to this location. I appreciate that he offered services that my car needed at this age of my Lexus if I wanted to hear about it.
