Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am new to the area, had never been to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change before, didn't know you could drive in and be a part of the experience instead of sitting in a waiting room and no one else sat in my vehicle or touched common areas which was a plus. I also didnt know they would check lights, wipers and filters. I only had the car a few weeks so it was good to have that all checked and necessary items replaced. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Diana & Luiz are the best! Highly recommend the Smithfield, RI location.

Staff was absolutely amazing. 5⭐️ place I felt extremely comfortable with the level of service they provided whole staff was very knowledgeable. This location stands out. A CUT Above the rest... Coupons honored

As always, efficient, friendly people. However, this time Dianne was there. She took extra time to explain things, extremely personable. As someone who’s worked with only guys in a predominantly male profession in the past, sending out lots of love to her.

Hello, To the manager Steven Went here today around 11am to do oil change. Asked about the 10% percent discount that can be looked up online from there end, since my phone died and was charging at home the 2 guys told me no No, customer service or understanding at all from both guys, they looked annoyed that I was asking as a customer for the 10% discount. Will never go back here again, these 2 guys shouldn't be working there at all. The other guy who was on my car didn't know what he was talking about, trying to have me spent MORE money on things I didn't need. Just went in for oil change and nothing else. He kept telling me that my tires are OLD and I needed new ones or needed to rotate them LOL silly young man didn't ask no questions I then told him those are BRAND NEW TIRES sir, wh

I usually don’t post reviews. I’ve been to this location several times. Two times ago I went and they said “you’re not due for an oil change” I went when the sticker told me to. They said they forgot to change the mileage last time. So annoying to go out of my way. The most recent time I didn’t notice the leak until a week later but my car was leaving huge oil puddles in my parking lot. I didn’t want to drive all the way back there in case I got stuck on the side of the road with my toddler. I brought my car to my mechanic down the road and lo and behold they didn’t put the oil filter on correctly, all of my oil had leaked out. I had to pay for a new oil change . It was completely empty and we’re lucky we brought the car in when we did. Basically out $100. I will not be going back.
