Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Honestly, I've only had 1 issue in the last 3 years I've been going. I had a slight leak where my filter wasn't tightened enough but that was a couple years ago. I really love this place, and the crew. The guys that have been there long enough that I recognize, are all so fast, respectful, and kind. I appreciate them and their steady work.Always appreciate how respectful, quick, and the great work this team always does. The past 3 years it has always been consistent service and product. At this point I don't even consider another business and I'll wait until I'm in town to get my car serviced.

Got here and got right in, very casual and respectful. Didn't try to do a bunch of upselling or anything. Very quick, good price, very respectful and professional. Easily best quick stop place I've been to in Joplin. Recommend for sure

Great service techs. The only problem is they don’t tell you about charges being out on your card well over 30 days. Got my oil change on November 24th, 2025 at 9:04 am. Wasn’t charged until January 7th, 2026!!!! How is that acceptable?? No where on their forms does it say they can do that or will do that. To top that all off, it caused my account to be overdrawn. What a joke of service not letting customers there will be such a delayed process. Super frustrated

Got right in. They showed me three options. I made my pick and had a coupon. No hassles about other sales. Just straight oil change. I never left my vehicle. In and out in about 20 mins. Excellent service. Staff was friendly. I've been to other oil change places and this is the best in joplin.

Efficient, respectful, thorough. I've been having oil changes at various places (not Valvoline) for 40 years in various states, but none of those places ever asked about changing the air filter or cabin filter. I didn't know about the need to change them until I started going to Valvoline 6+ years ago. Customer for life.
