Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This was the most unusual interaction. I am absolutely floored at the mostly positive reviews for this Valvoline location. We were greeted with the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced from a business. Dan the manager is what he stated his name was. We were forced to leave without service. Wow! Impressively horrendous customer service. If you care about being cared about absolutely go somewhere else!

I called Valvoline and was quoted a price of $90 for a full synthetic oil change with an 18 point maintenance inspection and was charged $110.98 and according to my invoice they only checked 2 items on the maintenance checks. Also…they press you for 3000 mile oil changes which with synthetic oil is absolutely ridiculous. The manufacturers recommended is at 5000 miles. Wont go back there again.

Terrible, unprofessional and lacking details. The car was oil changed, we think? no replacement sticker placed on the windshield, no receipt given. We had to return to get the sticker and paperwork. Pulled up to the back no hello, apologies, nothing. Terrible service, Im not even sure if the car got an oil change? Lack of communication, terrible customer service. We will not recommend this place.

I will only go here for oil changes. The customer service is top-notch and the price is very good also. They're not pushy about extras, but they check everything very thoroughly. Sometimes, there is a slight wait, but do not go anywhere else. Valvoline will still be done before the other guy and they'll do it right. It's fast because they are professionals. They care for your car like it was their own. Better, actually.
