Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Andrew was very professional and helpful in answering a couple of questions and concerns I had related to my 2021 Camaro yesterday afternoon. The whole crew itself ran like a well oiled machine. They provided me with great customer service and my baby is running smoother than ever again after a full synthetic oil change. Thanks Andrew to you and your amazing team!

I spent over $300 for this oil change with additional services. A few days later I noticed my skid plate was crooked. I finally crawled under the vehicle and discovered that they lost a spacer, stripped out the threads for bolt, and lost another bolt on this two year old vehicle. Everyone seemed very nice and professional, but if you can’t do the job right, you should have apologized and sent me on my way instead of damaging my vehicle. Now I am also questioning the additional work that was performed since they sent me away knowing this wasn’t right. After reading through some of the other 1 star reviews it sounds like they’ve needed to invest in a few torque wrenches for a while now.

Always a great experience. Nicholas took care of us and was super nice to my kids... Even had his coworkers say hi to my kids. Wyatt didn't even take care of us but he seems like he genuinely cared about the guys he worked with and customers! All around great team working today.

Service was great. He was very professional and very helpful. Rest of staff was awesome. I just did not like how expensive it was for a oil change. Company charged a extra 30 plus dollars because my vehicle took more then 5 quarts of oil. Don't think that's right. So it came out to 180.00 plus for a gas vehicle oil change.
