I got my oil changed here and they seemed very educated and professional... I drove my car for a few days and the oil I came on. I noticed oil was leaking from under my vehicle. Two days later the engine started knocking and the engine light came on. I drove it back up there to let them know, and I very young man by the name of Alex was extremely rude! He got an attitude with me and laughed in my face when I was asked for the receipt and I told him I did not have it. He then began doubting that I even received an oil change at this location verbally to my face. Turns out the drain plugs wasn't tight enough.
