Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My experience here was great. Bruce took the time to explain the process and other available options. I can see some of the complaints in various reviews because of the lack of communication. Bruce took the time to clarify answers to questions I had. There was a small hiccup (common when working on vehicles) that caused my time to take longer. After a few minutes, Bruce again approached me and mentioned the team dropped a tool and are trying to retrieve it. Like I said, a common issue when working under the hood. They did a great job and I'll certainly be back in the future.

This was the greatest oil change I’ve had. It was very detailed and super helpful. It was also extremely quick and the customer service was amazing. We got to be introduced with the manager and enjoyed how helpful DJ from Montana was! The rest of the staff was awesome and super helpful! I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Called ahead: "do you have Valvoline Restore and Protect oil as an option for your oil changes?" They answered, "Yes!" So I showed up, they didn't have it. In fact they had no idea what the product is. "All of our oils have the Restore and Protect' additives." Unfortunately, no they don't. So, bottom line, they know absolutely zero about their own Valvoline products. Couldn't say no to the oil change because they'd already drained the current oil. If you want an oil change using a specific Valvoline product, bring it. These people are uninformed.

Very professional establishment, Was extremely pleased with my service! I arrived just to get an oil change and the professional service man set me up with brand new wiper blades. I needed an engine filter which I really needed and went over and beyond to make sure everything I needed to understand and get taken care of was done with expertise!!!

I was pleased with how they explained every single thing they was doing and always making sure to ask us if this is what we wanted to do or not instead of just going. I enjoyed how quickly they worked and explained each step and made sure we understood everything. They was also very polite and professional. Some of the nicest ive seen in this field of work. I for sure will be going back from now on with my car.
