Zach, Mason, and Yanna were very nice and made the process of my state inspection go very quickly. I didn't know Valvoline did state inspections but I got a coupon in the mail and decided to go through with it even though it didn't apply to this service, but I'll come back soon and use it for an oil change. There were just a couple issues but they were easily fixed. I accidentally gave the registration to my previous car but Zach just told me to come back in free of charge to fix it for me and the other thing is my manual transmission is hard to drive but he was willing to try and I appreciate that because most places won't even try to drive a manual and make me drive in to their bay all the time. I had a great experience at Valvoline for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and smooth. Patrick was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend this location!

Update 12/625 service-Everyone at the store was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to add on my products or services but was made aware of the condition of my air filters. The job was done both efficiently and quickly, and I will definitely be back for my next oil change and inspection! Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. They also completed the oil change very quickly to get me back on my way. I will likely go back for my oil changes going forward based on this experience. Great job all around!

I believe we are all familiar with the lack of quality customer service in our country. But this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location is a 100% exception to that. I was greeted warmly and politely by several employees. I asked for the oil level in my car to be checked. In addition to doing that, the employees did a complimentary brake light check, turn signal check, high beam check, and other fluids check. it's been a very long time since I've seen customer service this good. Valvoline Instant Oil Change... you have a new customer!
