Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Normally get my oil changed here and they are always kind, quick, and helpful! Today my tire pressure light came on and I went to 3 different gas stations to find their air pumps broken, snowed in, or blocked by delivery trucks. This was my last hope, and I was so grateful they could help me out. Took less than 3 mins for them to check all my tires and fill them to the appropriate level. Also, let me know which tire was the lowest and to keep an eye on it. May seem like a little thing, but it meant a lot to me and I really appreciated it!

This place says don't need appointments for inspections. And you call and they tell you this .than they give you a time maybe close to coming and than oh we don't have time we don't have a extra hand . I feel there is how many stalls? For each job there should be someone for everyone of them stalls . I won't go back lack of communication and waste of your time .

Zero-Star Review If you’re considering this Valvoline, save yourself the headache. I walked in at 4:21 PM and found five employees standing around doing nothing except talking like they were killing time until the clock hit 6. I asked about a state inspection, which should’ve been simple since they had zero customers and clearly no work happening. Instead, they all stared at each other like I’d just interrupted their group chat. Finally, one guy — glasses, beard, skinny, wearing a toboggan — tells me, “We’re actually getting ready to close.” Funny, because the hours on the door say 6 PM. When I pointed that out, suddenly the excuse changed to, “Well, that part closes at 5.” Okay… but it was 4:22. They had more than enough time to do an inspection if they weren’t so focused on wrapping u

Came in for a easy tire repair. Mechanic was starting on it, then the manager upsold to switch from plug to patch, that’s fine with me. He then comes back and says never mind we can’t do it. Mechanic was clear it’s an easy fix and they could do it but can’t override the boss. Also he was pretty arrogant in all communications to me. Additional update I went to a place up the road that patched it just fine, still rolling great today.

This location has a great team. They are respectful and helpful. I'm trying to sell one of my vehicles, and they were kind enough to print out the service record for it (even before I bought it). They are great about explaining any issues the vehicle may have or what is recommended soon.
