Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am late do to a busy schedule but I recently had an oil change from this valvoline and the service was amazing, the manager and her staff were absolutely the best. Every one was polite and helpful and the service was quick and inexpensive, thank you all for you hard work and I will be sure to come to specifically this valvoline from here on out.

I always have a good experience at valvoline. It was my first time at this location and they were fantastic. The staff is so nice and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I think the guy that helped me was named Oliver, him and the other people working really upped the standard.

It’s easy to provide great customer service when everything goes right, but it’s more important to provide great customer service when things go wrong, and Velle did that today. It was a very high volume day. He was coordinating traffic and making sure fairness was kept with the order of the line. Once I made it into the bay, we learned they unfortunately were out of stock of my oil filter and wouldn’t get it in until Monday. In addition to calling local auto supply stores, he tried calling other Valvoline locations in the area. He wasn’t able to reach anyone close who had it in stock, so he offered to give me a discount if I was able to come back on Monday. I went in for an oil change and got my air filter checked and showed it to me. Air in my tires, checked the other fluids topped them off. Told me about how many miles before I anything else would be needed and put a reminder sticker in my window. Everyone was very pleasant.

We went Farmington Valvoline location to get an oil change and tire rotation. They told us that they did not have the proper lift to do my tire rotation and sent us to Livonia. We got the feeling Farmington just did not want to do it. We drove to Livonia Valvoline. The guys here, were great friendly and took care of my tire rotation. Very satisfied!
