The customer service was excellent! The team moved so fast I was able to get more services done outside of the oil change. It was very convenient especially when you’re a single mom and always have your kids with you. I will definitely be going back.

The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what my car needed. Being as fast as possible was a plus since I had my two kids in the car as well.

When I left the shop the worker that was checking my tires noticed that I had an air leak when I left the shop. I did not notice it until the next day. I tried to add air to my tire and the stim was push throw and into the tire itself. I called the shop, and they were sorry and told me to go to a tire shop and take care of it, so I did. I cost me $35 so I took the bill back and the manger took a copy, and I left. Before I was home someone from the claims department called me back to reimbursed me which I thought was nice of them. I was satisfied with the quick response, but the moral of this I shouldn't even left the shop in the first place for safety reason.
