Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to the Valvoline in Lowell, Massachusetts yesterday for an oil change on my Black Jeep Wrangler and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Justice, Ryan, and Thou were an outstanding team. What really impressed me was that they noticed an issue with my oil filter housing and took the time to explain it. They recommended switching from a plastic housing to a metal one. Something no other quick oil change location has ever pointed out or advised me on before. It was genuinely helpful, honest advice. Not pushy at all and it showed how much they care about doing things right. On top of that, they were friendly, accommodating and incredibly professional from start to finish. They work great as a team and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. They absolutely deserve recog

I always appreciate the staff at this location. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always point out the services that I'm going to need in the future based on the mileage of my van. They never use hardcore sales tactics or make me feel pressured to purchase any of the services they recommend and I appreciate that being on a budget. That also helps me to keep those items in the back of my mind so that I can do them in the future and budget accordingly. Great team management should be proud!

Great expierence with this location, very professional and descriptive of services. Me and a couple of buddies have had a similar problem with valvoline not filling up windshield wiper fluid. I mention it to the main tech of bay on today and he made sure after i pulled out of the bay that they filled it and it was filled. Will definitely comming back to this location! Bravo

Valvoline is a great place to go for an instant oil change. The workers are very much incredibly helpful. You will not have any regret using Valvoline for your current and future oil changes. I am a witness for their wonderful service.
