Joseph stood out in particular—he was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush me. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free. My fiancé and I came for an oil change after work about 5 PM, Mike was not only extremely friendly and personable, but also let us know the air filter that another big chain just told us to replace was actually still in good usable condition! He was very educational and we appreciated the interaction. It was very quick as well. Thanks!

All the guys were so friendly and helpful. They were pleasant and cheerful. They were FAST and efficient. They explained specifically about the type of oil my NEW Subaru needs. Which is different from what my last 3 Subarus used.

I have no problems with this location at all. My issue is regarding communication. Tried calling the local number and went in circles on an automated system and then landed with corporate as the individual stores do not have direct phone service. Not a very good system when you have a simple yet specific question.
