Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The service was great, one of the guys of the team explained that I had to change the type of oil to a new one (MaxLife). The one that I was using were old and since the car have a lot of mileage he didn’t recommend the cheapest one. He showed me the filter of my ac and I realized that I needed to change right away. So the price of 130$ for the change of the oil and the filter was reasonable for me. I recommend the guys from Malden.

pricing is high. But you can easily get a decent price with frequent email coupons. I only go with thw coupons. They constantly try to resell, which can be irritating, but if you are clear on what you want and have knowledge of your basic services, communicate it and they lay off the uosell pitches. You go here for convenience. they always have been able to take me right away or at least one car ahead.

they almost ruin my engine by not closing the oil cap when I went back to them they said that I lie because he saw his co-worker put the cap on top of the engine

First time coming to Valvoline at the Malden location in MA. Felt welcomed by Noah and was informed there’s parts that needs to be changed and was done. Pricing is transparent so I felt very comfortable following through. Appreciate the staff here as well!

The guys there were very professional and respectful they explained everything i needed to know I was even given a discount thanks alot I just came for oil change but I ended up getting more than that respect and dignity is key and they are very experienced
