Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Going to this location really reminded me why I work on my own vehicles. I rarely go to quick service places because the prices are astronomical for what services you receive, or in this case, what you don’t receive. I went here because I had a decent coupon, and it was entirely too cold for me to have any interest in doing my own oil change. I also figured it’d be nice to have the car assessed for needs such as filters, fluids, lights, tires, and battery. I dread an up sale as much as the next person, but these checks are just basic services that a customer can either confirm or deny, and are literally posted on the outside of the building as you’re pulling in. I wasn’t given either option because none of these things were checked. Instead, I watched as the person at the computer simply

I am really upset. Valvoline has no longer been able to get conventional oil. I went to 3 different locations and none had it. I rely on a cheaper oil change because I do it every 3 months anyway and the cost saving are helpful to me and my family. I was told that I could go grab my own oil and they would change it for 56.00. Which is more expensive than the conventional oil change used to be at valvoline anyways..... VALVOLINE..... YOU MAKE OIL. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE ANY??? Seems like price gouging and I think I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on. I have been a loyal customer for 28 years +, I even worked for you when I was young. Do better please. Keep the cheaper options on the table for people who are trying to budget. Or at least take it off the option list. I waited 30

This location is much better then some of the other locations I've been too. Customer Service is friendly and pretty prompt. Very knowledgeable if you have questions regarding your vehicle. May have to pay a little more but overall satisfied with the job there doing!!

as always, my visit to have my oil changed in any vehicle has always been a pleasure experience. The crew is super friendly and very knowledgeable of what the car needed and did not try upsell me something that I did not need for my vehicle at the time the process was extremely easy. I’m gonna have to say I was in and out probably within 25 minutes. Would definitely recommend and plan on having my vehicle service there in the near future.
