Valvoline has consistently treated me with respect. They do good work, and offer fair value. I would recommend them as an easy and pleasant resource for oil changes, as they have kept my personal and company vehicles safely on the road for years! Shout out to Drew who is very personable and keeps the environment inside the shop professuonal and energized.

Leonardo was AMAZING! I was in and out quickly and he explained the recommended services and printed them to bring home to share with my husband. Drew also came over and talked to me while waiting and was very polite. I appreciate the kindness and care they took with making sure my vehicle was serviced properly and checking my brakes and other lights. The customer service was impeccable and I will be back!

Shoutout to Drew, the man in charge at Valvoline Car Care Center. He was incredibly informative, professional, and had that genuine “everyman” goodwill that instantly puts you at ease. He and his team ran the service center like a well-oiled machine (pun fully intended since I was there for an oil change 😄). Fast, efficient, friendly service from start to finish. 5 stars all around—highly recommend!

I want to give a shoutout to the team at Valvoline for outstanding customer service. I stopped in yesterday between 5–6 pm and it was extremely busy, so they weren’t able to get my car in. I came back this morning and was helped by Drew, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
