Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I dropped in yesterday to get my oil changed and had a great experience. I was in and out in under an hour, and they took care of both an oil change and a transmission fluid replacement in the same visit, which was exactly what I needed. Kevin and Alonzo were especially helpful in getting everything wrapped up and making the payment process easy. Josh and Nick were also part of the service team and kept things moving smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they explained what was happening without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. There were other services and things I could’ve had done, but I declined. Im not sure what's going on with this location but I've used this location for oil changes since it opened. Today I got there around 2:15p.m. I was 3rd in line with one car infront of me and one in the bay infront of that. All 3 bays were exactly the same, 3 bays, 3 cars, 3 deep. Around 2:45 a tech came and asked what I needed, scanned the vehicle and said "We are short staffed, so it'll be a little bit but we will get to you soon" I have heard this the last 3 or 4 visits and I'm only coming there every 5k miles. So I figured eh, what's another 30 mins or so, I've been short staffed before and know the feeling. Now in the past, I was there maximum of 15 mins "always less" from start to finish. Gavin, Austin, and Alonzo were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when I had an issue with my dipstick that required an immediate replacement. While the issue was not their fault, they insisted on calling and visiting several different auto parts stores to ensure they could locate a new dipstick for me free of charge. They eventually ended up finding one and covered today’s visit as well as my next visit, which I thought was very kind. They even ordered me one specifically made for my car at the Ford dealership. Everyone there is incredibly kind, personable, and compassionate-- I will definitely be returning to this location!
