Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Second time coming to this location, will definitely be returning! The representative who assisted me, Amari, was incredibly helpful, very informative and patient with me and my little knowledge of car maintenance. He did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, but did do a great job informing me of different things I can do to keep up with maintenance that I was unaware of before. He kept me updated during the whole process of getting my oil changed, and even helped shake out the leaves from the floor mat while changing the cabin air filter which was very kind. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I would like to give and outstanding review to this place and its employees, I am a widow and I've come to this place on 2 separate occasions and the young men at this place took such good care of my care as if it was there own vehicle, the owner of the place filled my tires and fixed a broken piece under my car. These guy's are totally amazing and so very kind .thank you for being such great people. I will be going back for my oil changes and any other things they can help me with my car. Amari was very professional and pleasant to speak with. He is very well spoken with an attractive smile and has confidence when engaging others. Even when he did not know the answer he knew who to go to for a quick sure response. Travon was precise in his directional motions when I was exiting and he too has a pleasant smile that helped assure that what Dashad did on the bottomside was efficient and accurate. Thanks to the crew for the service and also rearranging the flow of customers in the correct order when previous vehicles received additional services! Blessing to you all.

I’m new to the area and needed an oil change asap. The staff was super friendly and thorough with their explanations. Ionia and Jamal were excellent! 10 out of 10 customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all of my services.

Saturday morning, 8 degree F outside. Went for on oil change, opted to do a tire rotation. They couldnt get 3 tires off, donkey kicking my car and taking a sledge hammer to it for over 10 minutes. They damaged the tie rod and track bar doing so. They finally agreed that this upsell isnt worth it and opted to NOT rotate the tires. When they went to replace the lug nuts they left the hub caps off and on the ground. Absolutely incompetent. Had to go to another shop thinking it would just be the alignment but alas they damaged the tie rod and track bar as said previous. Now, they refusing to take responsibility for the damage. Because i dont have them on camera doing this they believe they wont be held accountable. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
