Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The service members are always so kind and knowledgeable. They treat me with respect and don't try to push me to buy additional things if I decline the first time. I love not having to get myself and kids out of the car and the quality of the oil change is exceptional!

Shane and Ethan were super helpful as always. I appreciate them giving me honest advice of when I need service done and it saves me the hassle of using the dealership. I have more trust in these guys anyways. Shane has gone above and beyond to make a situation right last year when a coworker made a mistake on my car. Thanks and keep up the great work guys!

Earlier this week I drove my elderly boss to this location for a service. Not ever doing the "drive-thru" servicing, I wasnt expecting the WONDERFUL customer service we were giving. The gentlemen working were very polite, and explained everything well. Being in service myself, I appreciate their patience with us since we didnt know the procedure. The vehicle was checked, and we were out quickly. Great set up GREAT JOB TEAM! - and of course, the "bye bay 2" made my boss chuckle. Thank you.

Valvoline always gets me in and out in record time for an oil change. Prices are fair and coupons are usually available. My service providers are always welcoming and knowledgeable and through commentary with each other I can tell they have great rapport with each other. I love my Valvoline!

It was my first time the gentleman there no matter how busy, kept telling me the next steps. They were pretty friendly. I had a first time customer coupon and even though it did not work for this location the manager still gave me the discount. Very pleased.
