Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Super nice crew here!! Well I was happy until I drove my car and realized my check oil maintenance light kept coming on after I drove it to Pa. Now my oil light is on saying low oil pressure! So now I’m at another valvoline center in Pa hoping to see what happened! This car is a 2021 with 26,000 miles on it .

I think his name was Jeff, the manager was very informatative and made good recommendations. The technician was very polite and showed me everything they were doing! Don’t believe I’m getting a quality product at a reasonable price. I love using the coupon that are sent to me by mail for extra savings. My only complaint and it’s a minor one is that they showed me my air filter and even though it wasn’t filthy, they were out of Air filters other than that my wife who was with me, was very pleased with the service.

The Millsboro Saturday crew is always the BEST! When I got there the line was so long, but I wasn’t about to drive off, because these guys are worth waiting for. They kept the line moving fast, were out greeting every car despite being so busy. Chris is such a good manager, and jashawn greeting every guest and making them smile while they waited was awesome to see. Jordan is awesome too. I can’t name everyone, but I’ll just say that they are my favorite group of humans. Thanks for the great service, and always making it worth the wait ❤️

The Service crew was very polite and professional, I was informed on what they were going to do and was informed about services that I would be needing soon or for preventative actions . The wait wasn’t long and the price was reasonable. Will definitely go back again!

I have went to this location for years. Not once complained til now. I have left their bay multiple times with oil leaks and lossen/unfitted filters. It had gotten so bad to the point I wanted to change my own, only to realize they overtightened the bolt. I had multiple occurrences where the team member proceeded to say my radiation fluid is blue/green and to flush it out. I am a woman who is studying to be a certified mechanic. Do not come here as a woman, they will break your car and try to overcharge you for services you dont need.
