It was a fast service, good service, and attention to detail throughout the whole process. The servicemembers were educated and provided insight to future services that my vehicle may need. Definitely recommend Valvoline for a quick and easy oil change.
Been getting oil changes here for years but not anymore!! It took them an hour just to get the skid plate off due to them stripping out the bolts. All 5 crew members on the floor and NOT even one guy could go down stairs to help the one guy out!!! It gets even better!! A car next to me in bay 3 was turned away from getting a tire rotation because they (all 5) couldn't figure out how to take the tires off. Now I'm heading to the shop to get my skid plate fixed!! If you want good quality work definitely avoid this place!!!!!
Dont hire people if they cant properly cha get oil if thats their one job. Whoever cha ged my oil on Monday 1/19 didn't put oil back in. So the next day my light comes on and I have to drive my fj cruiser around town with no oil! What do they offer? A 15% coupon for nearly blowing up my engine. Gee thanks but im definitely not coming back
The Moorhead Valvoline is the best oil change I've ever been to I bring all my vehicles and have somebody else to do my oil changes, this is the best store, its run the best. The guys are always great whoever owns this store should be very proud of their guys. Class Act.
Oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped. Brandon was excellent! The crew was great! Exactly what an oil change shop should be!
