Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Excellent service. Quick and easy. Friendly staff. I bring my higher mileage car here for regular oil changes. Staff is always helpfully, price is fair and they (unlike others) don’t push unnecessary service on you. I keep coming back and will continue to.

It was my first time visiting a quick oil change shop, as I’ve always either taken my car to the dealer or handled oil changes myself. I’ve spent many years working in auto care as a service manager at tire shops, large chain full-service shops, and dealerships, so I’m familiar with underperforming technicians and staff. This Valvoline location exceeded my expectations. The moment I pulled up, the team stopped what they were doing and immediately got to work. They appeared well-organized, communicated effectively, and demonstrated great teamwork. My service was completed efficiently, and the staff was very friendly. Went in on a Saturday. Took my car in immediately--no waiting. Unlike other quick oil change places, I could stay in the car while the work was performed (I prefer this so you can see what they are actually doing on the car). I had been there before and they quickly found all my information from the previous visit, so wasted little time--just confirmed my oil choice. They showed me the engine air filter, but didn't attempt to convince me to replace it (it was quite clean). The one optional service I did was a tire rotation. I thought it was a good time to rotate my tires and was glad I didn't have to make a separate trip to a mechanic or dealership to get this done. Both times I’ve gone to Valvoline I’ve had AMAZING service. From being greeted and walked through each step. Never once upselling me and always asking if I have questions. The manager once service techs are always such a delight.

We were there today and our car being done while we were at the car. I might prefer to be on my feet next time rather than inside the car. Our suv been done for an hour for doing two things the transmission fluid exchange and the coolant. We were thinking it should not be that long but the mechanic apologized so it’s okay. The prices so reasonable. I called before dropping and asked around prices too and they had slightly lower one plus I used coupon from their website so it paid a little bit of the tax. Our car is running better so this place is highly recommended. The one thing they should have done is to update their customer on how long the wait but other than that’s it was all good.
