⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Service from Kayley!! I had an absolutely incredible experience with Kayley at Valvoline. She is the definition of personable and professional. From the moment I pulled in, she made me feel valued and taken care of. She explained everything clearly, only recommended the services my 2018 Chevy Silverado actually needed, and never once tried to upsell anything unnecessary. That level of honesty and integrity is priceless. Kayley represents the very best of what customer service should be. Because of her, Valvoline is the only place I trust for service. She’s a true asset to the team, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

The manager tried to change my taillights but couldn’t. He said his tool was broken but that he is the manager and has done hundreds of taillights. Anyways… I had to make him stop because it seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. His attitude changed slightly and he kept repeating he was the manager and he has changed hundreds. Anyways…I bought the lights at AutoZone and changed them in 3 min. It’s only 2 Philips screws that have to be removed, press and slide taillights out and pull/replace bulb. Super easy. I am still trying to figure out what tool of there’s was broken since you only need a Phillips screw driver🤔. Also, this manager allows employees to show up to work in a sling shot while holding their work shirt as they step into the shop. Super unprofessional. Good luck with

Customer service is always fantastic. They explain everything to the tea. If you don’t know anything about something, they’ll go into depth and help you understand what it is. And everyone is so very helpful and very speedy and getting the job done.

It was super awesome I had to wait a little because they were busy and I had a person in front of me. The team let me know double checked to see what the other cars had to get done. Let me know apologize for the wait which I didn’t mind I wasn’t in a rush. Got me done quick made sure to follow up on the other things they needed to be check on, then sent me on my way. Appreciate the communication and the team work.

After dozens of services that were seamless I had a service that did not go to plan. The manager Sabrice went above and beyond to make it right as soon as they were aware. Good customer service and fast response to the issue.
