Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Excellence service! I’ve purchased over 50 oil changes within the last 2 years. I bring my Company vehicle and personal vehicles! Never had a problem, usually see the same awesome group of employees. Ask about the savings/dicounts, or sign up for the emails! 5 stars every time, would rate it a 10 out 5, if possible!

Stopped in over the summer to see about having my battery replaced in my Solstice. I had a great time with "team Mark". The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are a well-rounded team, and all seem to be having a great time. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Huge shout out to Hal and the entire crew at the carolina forest location! Absoutly the best oil change experience ever! Hal was so friendly and funny, the young man that worked under the car was so freaken polite! And top it off the other man that works on the top side speaks like auctioneer when reporting to the man below about the oil change! It truly is an experience... not just an oil change.... thank you everyone here! You have truly won my heart and will take all my vehicles from here on out!!!

Nice clean stores. Very nice and knowledgeable service technicians. They go over all or the services available and offer all options. They do not try to force over sells but they do suggest needed replacements or repairs. Quick and reliable oil changes. I take all of my business their now and recommend others to do the same!

They were extremely friendly from start to finish and super professional. Got me in and out within 15 minutes, which was awesome. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Valvoline over the years. The one gentleman who took my info even saw there was a nail in my tire and directed me where to go. I am extremely extremely satisfied with the service I received here and will definitely return. Everyone work together as a team. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received!
