Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Had a wonderful experience today! It was truly quick and easy to get my oil changed, as well as the back wiper blade! Also ended up getting some filters that were disgusting replaced! Anthony and all the guys working there were great and knowledgeable what they were doing! I love that they also checked everything so there’s no worrying that something is out!

Great experience at Valvoline on Washington Street in Naperville. Quick oil change, friendly staff, and they even topped off my fluids and checked my tire pressure. Super convenient and professional. Besides it being quick and comprehensive, the customer service at this Valvoline is top notch. Today, I had Michael and Grant taking care of me and they were so kind. They treated with me respect and so very polite. We bring five different cars to this shop and It doesn’t matter which workers I get, they are the best!

I’ve been going here for a few years for oil changes, and they’ve always been great! They have never tried to upsell me. I had a tail light go out and had them fix it. A month later I went back to have what I thought was the other one replaced. It turns out that it was the same one from before. They were very honest that it was the same taillight and without my even having to ask, replaced it free of charge! Great people and service!

Came into valvoline today and they were all so helpful and kind! Christian specifically went above and beyond and definitely exceeded my expectations! Today I came in for an oil change and it was very fast and efficient, normally I just get air in my tires and they’re kind then as well. If you’re a woman like me and clueless when it comes to cars please go here, they won’t steer you wrong, they’ll take good care of you and not advantage of you like most places. 10/10 recommend !
