Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Always great service here, they never push you to get things you dont need. They always tell you the recommended services. Prices are always reasonable. My only complaint is the wait time, no matter when you try to sneak in and get your oils changed there is always a line like 3 cars deep per bay.

​I am Valvoline's repeat customer. I visited for an oil change and agreed to a rear differential oil service, but the staff mistakenly performed an unauthorized radiator flush instead. They also damaged the lower engine cover (undercarriage shield) and failed to inform me of the break. To make matters worse, the technician was clueless about the services performed when I questioned him. Unprofessional, careless, and dishonest—avoid this location.

I've been getting my oil changed here for years. I use my vehicle for work and don't have time to drop it off, so coming here is convenient. The only issue I have until recently, is them cleaning up the excess oil from under my car that's left when they remove the filter. Every time I get my oil changed, it ruins my driveway. I supply my own oil and used to pay $48.99 for the service. I just went today to get my oil changed and the price is now $74.99 "for labor increase" is what they told me. So for that I specifically asked them to please do an extra good job cleaning up the excess oil. Not only was this the worst job they've done at that, they got oil all over my car. I recently visited my local Valvoline for an oil change and was extremely pleased. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were very friendly and kind. They also took the time to check everything. Highly recommend!

Only get 1 star cause I have to. This location shouldn’t be allowed to touch vehicles. They lost my oil cap while doing an oil change one day and then tried to tell me I didn’t have power steering. They recommended a transmission flush but didn’t really do it. Car didn’t run right, found out they didn’t put enough fluid in the transmission. After they towed it back to their location to rectify the issue it ran but not right. It shook a little and then found that it was leaking transmission fluid on the ground now. They claim that my transmission pan is cracked but they never touched it. Bullshit. My car was fine before it got to them now I don’t have one. Stay away from these people!!!!!! I’m going to sue
