Customer Reviews
Stopped in today for my first oil change here. Danny took great care of my car, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got everything done quickly, and thoroughly. Danny was able to move through the process quickly, explaining each step simply and answering any questions I had. Thanks guys, I will definitely be back! Stopped in for a second visit to have my battery replaced. Allen and crew took awesome care of my car. I really appreciate the professional and friendly service here. Thanks again, guys!
Our technician was knowledgeable and kind. He took the extra time to help reset my oil life in a gentle and patient way. Communication was incredible, he took the time to inform me of everything going on at each step of the service. Great team and great service!
I stopped at this store for the first time since they opened about 3 months ago and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had! All the shops are great but the people here stood out the most to me. The manager Danny was very kind and super personable and Shanna helped me with everything I needed & Devan did the dirty work! I came in for an oil change but they topped off my fluids, did the regular checks like they always do, and gave my tires some much needed air from the cold… I was done in 20 minutes! Maybe less! Its very nice having one so close to home, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend you check them out!
Assistant Manager Danny was amazing! The nicest man, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to BS me into “needing” this or that. He showed me all of my filters were clean and even the dipstick after the oil change. I highly recommend using Valvoline on Tarentum Bridge Road. 10/10.
I went to this Valvoline instead of my normal one for a change. Service was excellent! They were so informative and helpful, also very courteous! Danny, Joe and Brady gave me the best experience at any Valvoline Ive ever been to! They definitely have a new customer moving foward! Im going here everytime and definitely recommend people do the same !
