Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I love Valvoline. The people are always friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face due to their great customer service and speedy oil changes! I’ve gone to multiple locations and all the employees have a great sense of humor and make me laugh while getting the job done quick at the same time. They make getting an oil change enjoyable! Thank you Valvoline!

I want to emphasize that this location is doing something a lot of businesses in the automotive vertical should take note of… it’s called transparency. The techs, mechanics, and staff were extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I can see that this store works very well together by communicating with each other and their customers, which is a big reason why I will be going back and recommending this location to my local family and friends. Transparency is key, even and especially in sales. Great location & staff, and all women (yay!!)

After my oil change, I realized my car sounded like a race car, the engine was so loud. I immediately went back to the garage and explained the issue. The manager (a female - yay!!!) quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My air filter wasn’t put back in correctly. She said if there were any other concerns she would do a complete inspection of the engine. But there weren’t any other problems. And I was so happy that she believed me and knew exactly what the issue was.

Very professional and quick. A bit pricey, but if you're in a hurry and want it done right, they're your place.

I just got my first oil change at this location and was impressed. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable team. I loved the fact that they walked me through and showed me everything they were checking on my vehicle (in plain English) and what needed to be replaced. I actually feel like the old place I used to go to ripped me off and by the looks of the filter pictures below it seems like they never replaced them, which is upsetting. Valvoline has gained a loyal costumer and I will definitely be returning for future services.
