Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Very nice service. Very friendly customer service. Price of a battery change also very reasonable. I have been coming here for past 6 years. Manger Marz takes care of my car service with a great pride. Looks like he loves what he does for living.

Crew was very friendly but very talkative and didn't seem to be paying much attention to us. Although the talking didn't bother us, it seems because we were one of the last customers, they didn't complete the light check and they spilled fluid on my radiator doing a radiator flush and now my car won't pass safety so I can get it registered. Might've just been one slightly bad experience though.. I always go here for all of my cars since 2019.. I always get good service and have never had anything to complain about. Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. Wait time can be long depending on when you go but usually worth the wait.

I literally just left there, and the men were so kind. Helped me with any questions that I had in very fast paste. I believe I was in there about less than 15 minutes. And I got some good discounts because I only went in there for an oil changed, but I actually had to get a new battery a new engine filter. They were honest and transparent with me about everything. Definitely will be going back here again.

The experience I've had at Valvoline in Overland, Mo. was the best. I not only had my car service there I had my mom's done as well. The gentlemen there are very respectful and knowledgeable of their work. I recommend any and everyone to go and experience their customer service. We need that everywhere. Moody was extremely friendly and gave great, fast service. Everything went very smoothly and I would say this is 100% the best oil change experience ive ever had. Will definitely be returning this location for future car needs!
