Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This Valvoline was great. I was not sure I would return to Valvoline after a bad experience last time at another location. Tryston was very friendly and professional. He worked very methodically through all parts of the appointment and did a timely and efficient job. He was very respectful and I stilled confidence that the job was being done right.

I went to jiffy lube for a routine oil change on my BMW and was turned away because a skid plate was blocking access to the oil drain plug. I then went to Valvoline right down the street and they completed the oil change without any issues and had me in and out quickly. They also took the time to explain that skid plates are normal on many vehicles and simply need to be removed or adjusted to access the drain plug. The technician walked me through what they were doing and clarified why it wasn’t a major issue. For European cars I definitely recommend this place.

Best service I've ever had. My man, Jay, needs a raise because he went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. Would definitely recommend this place. These guys treated me like royalty and made sure I made it to my next appointment on time. There were a few cars ahead of me, but the team of professionals serviced the vehicles dilligently without cutting corners. Ended up buying new windshield wipers and anything they suggested. These guys were not overselling me! They were making sure my car had everything it needed!

Fast, friendly, and above-and-beyond service! I showed up about 3 minutes before opening for an oil change and they opened the doors a little early to get me in—huge plus. James helped me and was fantastic: friendly, efficient, and kept me informed the whole time. I was in and out quickly, my Jeep’s running great, and the whole experience was smooth. Me and my Jeep are happy! I’ll be returning for my scheduled maintenance.

Came in close to close and these bad ass dudes got me in and out in record time! I usually change my own oil but I was in a pickle and these guys showed up and showed out. Teamwork at its finest! LFG
