Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Another update as of 12/6/25: See attached photos. I took my vehicle into a shop for an inspection to confirm the damage that Natasha (the manager) caused to my car. Shop confirmed the damage and I’ve attached photos and the technicians notes of damage. They also confirmed Valvoline used and oversized plug that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Shop then quoted me more than the original quote I received, this is a $3,000 repair. ANOTHER UPDATE: “Repair/Replacement” was NOT authorized and they did it anyway without telling me. I found out once I got home and had multiple quarts of oil all over my driveway… I was told my the area/regional manager, Michael, that I would hear back from him within 48 hours. Jacob and his crew were amazing. I needed an oil change, rear dif fluid, and a tire rotation. I was in and out, and the communication was great. I was informed of all my options and was able to make clear and educated choices on services. They gave me updates about my vehicle and where my concern areas were and what was in good condition. Highly recommend this location. Clean. Quick. Friendly.

I always appreciate going to the Cottonwood Valvoline, Natasha is always there and offers a smile with jokes and a highly positive attitude. The service Natasha offers is always quick and concise with attention being brought to any potential issues or services that may come up in the near future as well as offers they have without being overtly pushy with sales. I appreciate their hard work and dedication and will be back again!

All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! So glad I found them for my car needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Service is always very fast and I never have any issues! My girlfriend brought her car here for a simple oil change while on a longer road trip. She specifically asked for just an oil change and even specified the correct oil for her vehicle (Full synthetic 0W-20) Upon pulling her car in she was told NOT to exit the vehicle and to pop her hood. Unbeknownst to her at the time the techs were doing more than just an oil change, and had undone several parts of her cabin air filter and then proceeded to hand her her air filter and recommend she change it, along with a transmission flush, and a differential fluid service (none of which she asked for). She of course declined the other services as she was only interested in an oil change at this time, and we have ensured her other maintenance is up to date personally. Directly proceeding the oil change
