Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the team was efficient, professional, and very clear throughout the entire process. They explained what they were doing, showed me the condition of my filters, and never made me feel pressured to add services I didn’t need. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car while still feeling informed and confident that everything was done correctly. The staff was friendly, respectful of my time, and had me in and out quickly. This location consistently delivers great service, which is why I keep coming back.

Just stopped in for an oil change. A gentleman in charge put cars in front of the bays. But this is done unfairly as some bays work more quickly. This caused customers who arrived later than us to be serviced before us. So we waited about an hour unfairly. Once we got into the bay. The service individual seem like he did not want to be there and made the experience uncomfortable. Once he asked me a bunch of questions to upsell. We were then informed they could not perform the oil change as they did not have the filter. As this point I just wanted to leave but unfortunately a customer blocked the bay so I could not leave. They started contacting business with her. I then expressed that I wanted to just get out of there….. and we left. I would recommend having a portable device so

I'm so impressed with the care I got at Valvoline Danvers yesterday afternoon (2/17/26). The place was packed but they got us all in smoothly and efficiently. The technicians couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Two technicians even gave me extra time as they struggled to refit my glove compartment. I'm definitely going back there.

This is my third time going to Valvoline on 114 in Peabody. Always a great experience. Alfredo is the best! He installed new wiper blades after the last place I went gave me the wrong size and the guys out air in all 4 tires so I wouldn’t have to do it myself out in the snow. Service is affordable and quick. Highly recommend!

Sadly, the past two times I’ve gone to this location for an oil change I’ve had to wait close to an hour. It seems they could work on efficiency. There did not seem to be any sense of urgency despite the ten cars waiting. Otherwise, I would typically recommend Valvoline for your oil changes.
