Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Everyone at this location is very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and well trained. Hands down the best experience I've ever had getting an oil change, and I even had a couple laughs with the team. Everyone was pleasant and easy going, but still very professional. This particular location should be a template for all Valvoline locations.

I have used valvoline many times , I brought my car here for its first oil change since purchasing it only because we were leaving on a trip and the dealer could not get us in quickly enough. This was my vehicles first oil change and every single bolt under my car was stripped during this visit. I just recently had a second oil change at the dealership and they replaced bolts and provided me the stripped ones when I picked my vehicle up from service. The manager and the employee got into a verbal cussing argument in front of me about the employee stripping the bolts. The manager was telling him to stop stripping the bolts because you could hear the torque on the hand gun ripping them. The employee walked out and the manager took over the oil change. I’ve been in this little lubricating pitstop a few times out here on the edge of Dublin Ohio in plain city Ohio. So being in the area today I decided to get nice little while change from these first class technicians. This place is really easy the spot is next to a huge Costco and a little pond in the shopping complex. Any you can see from the pictures of place is nice new clean and first class. No this place was busy but they were very efficient and quick I was in here in about 20 minutes in and out inside the building course waiting outside the building to be seen was about a half hour because they were that busy on three separate days. No hard sell for upgrades with these guys like some chains what shall not be named. They seem to actually take pride in their parents their attitud

Experience today was great. Sam walked me through everything being completed and recommended needed services without being pushy. This is my favorite Valvoline to work with!

It was less than 10 minutes, explaining all the services they recommended, showing me the oil level, Berry, efficient and great customer service. Highly recommend getting your oil changed here.
